1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after [1:30 PM] will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Domestic: Only available for locations within the United Arab Emirates

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping is available for orders over 150kg within the UAE.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order through our website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at mastabhroastery@gmail.com.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it or offer a replacement/refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products.
• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
