  • The coffee beans are returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used coffee beans.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
